I went against my nature

And cooked supper last night.

Oh! The horror! Or are you impressed? :)

Very easy mini pizzas.

Ciabatta rolls, cut in half
Pizza sauce
Mozz and parm cheese
Red pepper flakes, black pepper and garlic salt

Toast in a toaster oven for 6-8 minutes on about 400 degrees.

Easy peasy, and oh so good!

And to be honest, mine turned out much better than Hubs' mini pizzas. How does that happen?

So were they worth slaving over the toaster oven for those 6-8 minutes? Sure sounds like it. ;)
